Chennai , also known as Madras ( the official name until 1996), is the capital of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located on the Coromandel Coast off the Bay of Bengal, it is the biggest cultural, economic and educational centre of south India.
Mamallapuram, also known as Mahabalipuram, is a town in Chengalpattu district in the southeastern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is on the coastline 58 kilometres (36 mi) south of the city of Chennai. Mamallapuram was one of two major port cities by the 7th century within the Pallava kingdom,named after Pallava king Narasimhavarman I , who was also known as Mahamalla. Along with economic prosperity, it became a center of a group of battle monuments carved out of rock.
Pondicherry, officially known as Puducherry, is the capital and the most populous city of the Indian Union Territory of Puducherry. The city is located in the Puducherry district on the southeast coast of India, and is surrounded by the state of Tamil Nadu with which it shares most of its culture and language.

After breakfast, a short briefing will be made about the tour. We will proceed to Darshan following temples and famous Marina beach.
Lunch and Rest in the Hotel. The evening you will get some free time for shopping and packing for your next day trip. Stay overnight at the hotel after having dinner.
No of temples covered: 02 Temples Total distance covered: 156 Kms After breakfast and check out of the hotel we will drive you to Tiruidavinthai to Darshan Nithya Kalyana perumal temple which is on the way to Mahabalipuram. After we reach Mahabalipuram, we will visit the Seashore temple, the Arjuna penance, the Five Rathas, the Butter ball and the Stalasayana perumal Temple and proceed for lunch. After lunch, we will leave Mahabalipuram and reach Pondycherry and check-in to the hotel at Pondicherry.In the evening, the day is free for shopping in Pondicherry. We shall return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Day 03
No of temples covered: 02 Temples Total distance covered: 166 Kms In the morning after having breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed to following places. Lunch will be provided on the Way. If yatris want to visit Auroville they should get Appointment from online before 3days by their own.
After having lunch, we will drive back to Chennai. After dusk, we will drop you at the Chennai international airport and bid farewell for your onward journey.
